Oysters on the half shell, dill oil, lemon mignonette
Barbacoa Beef Tartar- elote crema, whole grain mustard,
fried torta, chimichurri oil
Mini C&C-Manchego, chorizo, warm baguette


Second Course choice of:

Arugula Salad- pomegranate sumac syrup, toasted nuts,
nt, apples, feta
Vichyssoise- potato, leek creme fraiche, served warm

Third Course, choice of:
Mushroom "Scallops" - beet puree, glazed carrots, ash oil, fresh herbs (v)
NY Strip Steak- apple bourbon "au poivre" potato terrine, haricot vert
Chilean Sea Bass- mosaic style, shaved vegetables, savory rice,  wine valute, dill oil

Fourth Course choice of:
Fresh strawberries, chocolate fondu
Baked Brie- dried cranberries, toasted almonds, mint, grapes, crackers
